We are collecting personal and financial information about you to provide you with our broking services.

1. The information you provide will be held by us and Finsure Finance and Insurance (Australian Credit Licence 384704) and all of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
2. You appoint us as your agent to obtain your credit information from a credit reporting body on your behalf.
3. You authorise us, our employees and our agents to contact relevant third parties — for example your employer, payroll officer, accountant, superannuation provider, or anyone else as required — to verify details you have supplied.
4. We may use credit information and any other information you provide to arrange or provide finance and other services.
5. We may exchange your information with the following types of entities (some may be located overseas):

• Credit providers and product issuers you apply to (or may apply to).
• Financial consultants, accountants, lawyers and advisers.
• Industry bodies, tribunals or courts in connection with any complaint about our services.
• Any person where we are required by law to do so.
• Our associates, related entities, contractors and outsourcing partners (some located in the Philippines).
• Your referees (e.g. employer) to verify information you have provided.
• Any person considering acquiring an interest in our business or assets.
• Organisations providing online verification of your identity.

6. You confirm you are authorised to provide the personal details presented and consent to those details being checked with the document issuer or official record holder via third-party systems to confirm your identity.

The policy explains how to access or seek correction of your information, how we manage it, and how to make a complaint.

If you do not provide the requested information, we may be unable to assist in arranging finance or providing other services.
